We all know how weeks can really get away from us, all of a sudden it’s Thursday and you’ve hardly accomplished anything you want or need to! How often have we heard “I wish there was an 8th day, but I would probably jam pack that too” So let’s take a step back and think about how we can avoid some of these reactions.

Weekly Reflection Questions
~What are you looking forward to this upcoming week? (Choose at least one work and one life item)
~How will you keep yourself accountable and motivated for your tasks?
~Is there anything challenging in the week ahead? (Either work or life)
~Based on your current schedule do you have concerns about being overworked or physically / emotionally drained at any point this week? Can anything be rescheduled for a better balance? If not, how will you include some extra restoration or self-care soon?
