PHASE 1: DOWNLOAD

Set a timer for five minutes. List everything you do in a week, day, month and year for your business and/or in your life. Business examples: marketing, staff management, reporting, forecasting, accounting, meetings, appointments, emails. Personal examples: childcare, chores, grocery shopping, cooking, banking. If you have more to write down when the timer finishes please complete the list but don’t over think it. When you finish take a short brain break, then move onto Phase 2.

PHASE 2: CATEGORIZE

From the Download list, move all your tasks and responsibilities into a suitable category. Don’t worry about any specific order within a category. Simply go through the Phase 1 list and rewrite each item onto one of the following categories.

Daily

Weekly

Monthly

Quarterly
